The conception of the chapel on the Zawisza Czarny Square, that was made by hand, is one of my first projects. I was trying to integrate the building with its surroundings by the continuation of the building line and the used proportions. The representative way to the directed on the east chaple goes through an extensive square surrounded by the Stations of the Cross, glazed hall, wide stairs and church-porch. The immersed in semidarkness main hall is lit up by the beam of light, that comes down upon the altar through the hole in the ceiling. The altar is surrounded by the concentric layout of pews, that is conducive to sense of community. The location of tabernacle is marked by the brick wall with the transparent cross placed on the square.
