The designed building on Jozef Piłsudzki’s Street in Szczecin performs a function of a vast bookshop connected with an office space and a restaurant. The borders between the new building and adjacent tenement houses fade away owing to created roofing, that copying neighbouring forms of finials, causes that they complement one another correctly. The parking space for cars and bikes is provided under the tenement house.
